We created a ‘Tropical Island’ experience where we will explore under the sea, do a little yoga limbo, become surfing warriors, and more! These classes will capture the imagination of your Kiddo through yoga adventures, animated poses, and magical relaxing journeys. We begin to introduce simple balancing poses and inversions to help the kids build self-confidence while experiencing the world upside down. Our silly yoga sequences enhance children’s concentration skills while improving their motor coordination. Fun yoga games are used to teach collaborative play, as well as sharpen listening skills.

Time:
Ages 4 – 10: 10:00am – 11:00am
Classes normally last between 45mins – 1 hr.
Depending on the flow of the class and the children.
