In this class we are going to learn and explore the magic we carry within. We will be learning powerful tools to help inspire magical movement through our everyday life while building a strong mind & body foundation through the art of yoga. Learning we are all uniquely magical at a young age is so important to our wellbeing as we get older. The more we help each child discover their own magic, the more happier and stronger they will be as they become young adults.
